Eleonora Asparuhova

ILLUSTRATOR

Eleonora is an Illustrator & 2D Animator originally hailing from Sofia, Bulgaria, but currently based in Liverpool, UK. Her work is heavily influenced by her cultural background, combining her experiences from two very different worlds - growing up in Bulgaria, and building her career in the UK.

Eleonora draws inspiration from culture, folklore, and fairytales, which she likes to portray in a whimsical manner, using a mix of traditional and digital techniques. Her work carries an undertone of nostalgia and symbolism, which adds depth to her illustrations.

Currently, she is creating her own animated films and illustrating children's books. One of her most recent projects was 'The Girl, The Ghost and the Lost Name' by Reece Carter, published by Usborne.
